It's All About The Presentation

The perfect recipe. The perfect photo. The perfectly scripted post. Oops, almost. Writing is a lot like cooking. Even the small mistakes matter. Leave out an ingredient -- or add one too many -- and your entire presentation can fall right in front of your readers' eyes, like a slaved-over cheese souffle. A typo here. A misplaced comma there. An ingredient listed in the recipe that fails to find its way into the written instructions. These things happen.

But they don't have to!

What you need is a personal spelling and grammer sous chef. A place to pre-post your posts, cooking and otherwise, and recieve the benefit of a second pair of professional eyes. That's what I do for my friend, Sally, at It's All Delicious, and I'd be happy to do it for you, too!
